Our research showed that without a platform for ongoing connection, the energy from these events quickly faded. These professionals needed an online community filled with podcasts, webinars, a resource library, and more. We developed an integrated communications strategy using key paid, owned, earned, and shared tactics, and recommended that this new digital experience for designers be treated as a unique property of Delta Faucet Company. Pipeline was about to be born.
